i'm glad you two enjoyed it...one of our customers sent that to us as her christmas card this year and when i read it i just rolled with laughter, tears in my eyes from laughing...the bad part is i can understand it all LOL!! my season starts out just as hers did and by the end of it i really do need a long drug induced rest

btw, yesterday...70F and an F4 tornado...today below freezing and an inch of snow on the ground!!! can i move farther south now?

It's been snowing since before Thanksgiving (which it rarely does at all here in GoatCounty, much less with actual accumulation!) and it still is.. There hasn't been a clearing-off of the snow since well before Xmas, and for once, I'm actually enjoying it again.

As for Xmas itself, this year I went the cheap route.. I rented a hotel room for three days, took up a small (like in maybe 3 foot?) Xmas tree and decorated it.. Wrapped up the goodies (well, some of them.. Santa brought a lot this year ) and that was that.. Went to a restaraunt's buffet for din-din and to my bubby's (who happens to live just across town from the hotel) after. Had a rather nice time... The best part, of course, was seeing the little big eyes and watching her play with all the annoying, noise-making toys I and her mommy bought her... I got to thinking... not including the clothes (from mom) she got, was there any toys at all that did not talk or make some other noise... Aha.. there was.. Three packs of puzzles. Oh yes... and the other part I enjoyed was hearing, for a change, "I had a great Xmas, Mom" from mommy.
