Nihilism in five easy steps Started conversation Dec 8, 1999
I just wanted to let you know that I've used two of your smileys (the spinner and the Babel fish) on my page: if it's not ok let me know and I'll remove them.

No problemo! Glad to be of service.
Hmm... Salmonella. Is that a reference to the undercooked egg virus or to a fish called Ella?

Undercooked egg virus I'm afraid. Don't know why I chose it -probably just seemed 'inspired' at the time...

no need 2 blush u should be proud ! why r u called Peregrin ?

Peregrin Posted Mar 28, 2000
Three reasons:
1. There's a character called Peregrin in Lord Of The Rings, which I like.
2. I'm keen on the Peregrine Falcon, and have spent a long time watching them as a kid.
3. The verb 'Peregrinate' means to wander; I like wandering around aimlessly.
But mainly 'cos I think it sounds cool
Any reason why 'Hurry up and wait' apart from for fun?

Cool! I don't like things that make sense anyway: I don't like having to think too much
I did go through a period of changing my name daily to things like 'Peregrin the armadillo' or 'Peregrin the slightly blue turnip' but I've settled down now!

Thanks
I _should_ have an interview in a few days time, if all goes well. Programming for a medical firm. It looks ideal but I think there's loads of applicants

Nearest I'm getting to that this year is camping in Ireland this summer. When I get a decent job & piles of money I'll start looking for somewhere more exotic.
