Not bad... just bought a car, so my finances will be a little risky over the next few months But it means we'll be in to work on time

Oh and I'm trying to figure out whether I should ask for a pay rise, or apply to other jobs, or accept my lot (as I'm not paid enough... in my opinion...)

Oooh! I've just received the Monty Python and the Holy Grail special edition DVD through the post from Canada! I did order it from there before it was available in this country, but it took three months to arrive so I might as well have gone down the road and bought it from HMV when it came out last month...

Been to any interesting meets in paper form lately? I plan to go to a couple of meets in the near future, hope to see your likeness there...

Since London, you mean? 'I' was supposed to be at the Denver and Denmark meets (and Ottox had a real photo of me, so while 'I' wasn't there, I still kind of was) but there where technical difficulties preventing 'my' being printed out... 'I' was at the Sydney meet, though! I've got a page where I'm collecting all the photos from meets 'I' have made it to... As soon as the Sydney meet report and photos are up, I'll be adding it to the list

And 'I' have already arranged to go to Edinburgh, and Manchester, and Reading (I think)

I'll be at the Reading one; also (if they go ahead) there's a Hampshire one (which is where I live) and a Cornwall one too. It's nice being in a small country sometimes!

h2g2's acting up here too, although I suspect it's our deadly slow ISDN connection at work. We changed ISPs, for the worse. I suppose I can put up with it, especially considering I'm using it for h2g2...
