h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

(I emailed this to you a few days ago, but I didn't get a reply - I hope I have your current email details correct!)

I've been looking through the calendar, and I noticed that you've had your last batch of h2g2 entries since 4 May - a bit (but only a bit!) longer than the four weeks that we try to aim for to ensure people don't wait too long.

If you've already returned them, then sorry for chasing you up; if this is the case, could you send me another copy, as I can't find them in my in-tray.

If you're still working on them, then it'd be really handy if you could find the time to finish them off - or if real life is getting in the way and you simply don't have time, just let me know, and you can always have a break from subbing until things are less hectic. The authors are no doubt waiting to see their entries appear on the front page, so to avoid disappointment, do let me know what you'd like to do - thanks!

Hi Mark,

Real Life is fairly hectic at the moment and I haven't had time to do anything h2g2ish recently. I keep meaning to sub that batch but it's been hanging round for ages now, so you'd better hand it to someone else. If it's okay I'll take a break from subbing for a while - I'm moving house this week and have a webmaster job which is quite like subbing so I don't really want to come home after a hard day's editing and settle down to more editing!

I plan to resume h2g2ing sometime - eventually - so I'll let you know when I'm ready for more sub batches. Oh and the same goes for Guruing - I'll be back one day but I haven't really got time to do it now.
