Ah, hello - yes, I remember you! 
Here are my answers...
1) It's a short text message which appears on the recipient's mobile phone. It's supposed to arrive immediately, but it doesn't always manage...
2) ICQ is a sort of online messaging system which allows you to have private online conversations with other ICQ users. To join up you have to download the software from http://www.icq.com/
3) Yes?
4) Oh, okay!
