Well, we were supposed to be having a quiet evening in with little baby Vibenstein at her gran's for the evening, but two minutes after dropping her off the little drama queen* seems to have developed a bad case of colic, so fords has gone to pick her up again. 
*That's Jenny, not her gran.

At my age there is no excuse.
I am now going to thirty minutes fast cardio... see you at the end hopefully. I will not doubt be in Hammersmith A&E... it is where I can usually be found.
