BTW, certain persons have expressed the opinion that going from Falkirk to London for a day (via Newcastle of course) just to attend a wake for DNA is excessive. What do you think?

He'd been looking for that CD for ages and I though HMV might be able to order it for me or something, so I went in a they had a billion copies in the sale for not much pence (he's getting another pressie, but I haven't got around to buying it yet) but didn't have any when the doctor looked the week before, and never have since! Spooky eh?

As to London, well, I probably could go, i just need a free weekend. THAT is the hard part, since I work so many weekends.

I soooo wish my best friend hadn't gone and decided to get married on that day, y'see she needs me to probide crash sapce for some of her guests too, like our mutual friend Karen who'll have to come up from wales, I feel giulty about keeping the doctor away though, so he might have to bring a photy of me so I can be there in spirit

We need a webcam. In fact, we need two webcams, one at the meet-up, one at the wedding.

I have checked at work, and I need to do a little swapping but the possibility of London is looking better and better.
But that if i do go, i will miss seeing you yet again Mrs.V

Well then, another Scottish meet-up is the obvious answer.
Er, but not at the weekend, because Mrs V will be working.
And not during the week, because I'll be working and won't be able to drink.
So, to summarise: we need to meet up sometime other than during the week or weekend.
