So I can Tae-Bo now without immediately feeling like I'm about to pass out. And I've lost five whole pounds!
If I could only stop smoking... all this hard "gettin' in shape" work might be worth it.

I don't know how hard it is to give up smoking, but i know you may get more visits from asthmatic friends.
