Entry added
Posted Apr 30, 2006
Well I have written an entry about the violin bow and added it and submitted it for peer review. Yes I know, not everyones cup of tea but ha hum.
Well this got me thinking about the violin and all the bewildering range of teaching and playing styles. So if you are a violin teacher which direction do you take? You just have to wonder around a music shop to see the range of beginner tuition books, and I have probably tried most of them. Most of the tuition books offer little perspective on a wide range of issues and techniques.
Enough of my ramblings

I added an entry

Well who would have thought it but I have actually already added an entry. It wont appeal to most people - it being about the violin bow but hopefully somebody may find it useful or interesting.
Once I got started I quite enjoyed writing it and I may even write some more maybe.

I have just decided to become a member after exploring and reading many entries on this site over the years. I have never before felt that I had anything to add but who knows maybe I could add something after all.
Well cheers for now and hopefully I will keep checking in add maybe even add something useful.
