Howdo, piccy question

Hi Peet,

Just testing the ground here. I've just started work on a new entry I will be putting forward for the EG. It's all abput Stirling engines (A5113388 is the WIP for reference).
Anyway, one thing about these engines is that whilst they are mechanically simple, they conceptually quite complicated. I've put down in writting how they work, but I really do think it needs some pictures (I only understood it after looking at various books and sites!).

So, is it possible for me to request pictures for my article? I can point to representative diagrams on other sites for inspiration and so forth.

I'm just a bit worried that without some explanatory piccies the article will be a bit dense.

Are we still restricted to static piccies?

In theory, a small degree of animation's allowed... (There's an article on toilets where the image raises and lowers the loo seat, for example!)

I've been keeping a low profile in the artists' group of late, mostly because of RL commitments. Ask the same question to Jimster (U292) and tell him that I'm up for it if he OK's it. smiley - artistsmiley - ok
