I haven't got the laptop ready for taking to the ward yet. 
It was a combination of interruptions over the last two days, some incredibly slow downloads that had to be retried because of corruption and general tiredness. 
I'm giving up for the night, and I'll have another go at it on Wednesday. 
On a positive note, I finally got Bob's laptop back, it's currently charging (as long as I don't bump it) and they have changed the broken plastic wrist-rest, so it looks like new again! 
I watched "On Frozen Ground".
