I planned to watch a lot of TV at dialysis today, but I ended up sitting back and napping for three of the five hours. 
And when I got home just after half past eight I was still tired. 
I necked a small can of 
and went to sleep in the armchair for an hour and a half before watching a little TV. 
I watched "American Dad", "Continuum" and "Law & Order: SVU".
