Day tripping

I was out of the house twice today, making four taxi journeys. In that time I saw rain, clouds, sunshine and clouds again.
The first trip was to the Jobcentre, and it was surprisingly uneventful, if not borderline pleasant. Instead of the usual hassle they extended the time to my next appointment from three months to six, and gave me forms and 'phone numbers to try to get me some *more* money!
Oh, and I'll get most of my taxi fares for that journey back too. I would have got them all refunded, except that I detoured past Thain's on the way back to try to buy some rowies. Except they didn't have any. So, I added £2 to my taxi fare just to buy bread rolls that I could have got from Tesco.
I'm expecting a visit from Grambo tomorrow - I'm hoping to sell him my "spare, spare" laptop. I only used it for six or seven weeks, then I got the Macbook and later inherited Bob's laptop, so I really don't need it any more. It cost me £270, so if I can get £200 for it I'll be happy. Certainly, it'll boost the taxi fund.
It's probably all the trips out, but I feel astoundingly tired tonight.
I watched "Andromeda", "Death in Paradise" and "Law & Order: SVU".
