I was tired when I got home from Bisset's last night, and I had a couple of TV shows to watch that I had recorded while I was out, so I didn't get round to firing up the computer to post a Journal.
I had a visit from James "the Weird Person", who informs me that he's about to become homeless. To be honest, I didn't take it all in - as usual his timing sucked, big time. I was watching a TV show with 15 minutes to go, and was barely keeping my eyes open till the end. I had planned to nap for an hour before setting about making supper. Instead, James kept me talking for the best poart of an hour to the point I had to go and drink a pint of milk shake to give me enough of a carbohydrate boost to keep me conscious, until he left when I fell asleep shivering (his visit also meant the living room door was opened and closed many times, losing all the heat I had carefully built up) and woke up an hour late for supper, feeling dreadful.
I feek sorry for him and all, but I *wish* he would plan ahead and give me some warning before dropping in.
Bisset's was OK; George gave me a lift over, and Martin, Fiona and Richard were also in attendance.
I watched "House of Lies", "Andromeda", "Californication", "Republic of Doyle", (eventually) "DCI Banks" and "Helix". (Still dreadful. My machine recorded it so I watched it anyway,)
Key: Complain about this post

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
