I had an appointment with the psychiatrist to discuss my needle phobia this afternoon. I was dreading it, but as it turned out he hadn't received word from the psychologist he was consulting with, and the whole thing was a waste of £10 in taxi fares. 
After I got home I napped a bit, then watched some TV. 
I watched "2 Broke Girls", "Archer", "Death in Paradise" and "Andromeda".
