I was really tired and a bit cold last night, so I just flumped under the duvet the moment I had taken my evening meds and so didn't get round to writing a Journal. 
"Cold and tired" pretty much sums up the whole of yesterday, really. 
I had the heater on for hours longer than I planned.
I watched "Bones", "Grimm", "Banshee" and "The Bridge".
