Well, not entirely, but it feels like that. 
I got up, and after an hour's delay in preparing breakfast (a blown cooker fuse and a visitor...) I settled down in front of the TV for the day. I watched last week's "Graham Norton Show", which was only broadcast in England, along with "Top Gear", "Elementary", "The Big Bang Theory" and loads of "Stargate Atlantis". 
I've got another 2 or 3 episodes to watch as I finish my 
before bedtime...
