No excuses this time, it was just sheer laziness. I put the heating on at 10am and just sort of dozed in front of it till 6pm. 
I watched some TV, but the majority of the day was spent with my eyes closed. 
I watched "Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel", loads of "Stargate Atlantis" and "Charlie Brooker's 2013 Wipe". I may watch an episode of "Californication" before I crash.
