I had planned to move the "BodyPH" site I was working on from the server where I was testing it to its final home. I got about halfway through, when I was confronted with two error messages telling me that both my database name and username were already in use. They referred to the *only* database I had set up. smiley - erm When I contacted the ISP, I was told that database names have to be unique *across their whole system*, while on the ISP where I was testing it I was free to use any name that was unique to *my domain*. smiley - headhurts

This meant that instead of simply copying the setup across, I had to basically rebuild the site from the ground up with the database logins altered accordingly. smiley - blue Actually, it wasn't that bad. I was able to export the database, then create a new database, delete all the tables and reimport the old database in their place. smiley - bravesmiley - geek After that, I copied the edited PHP scriptwork over the reinstalled version of the Zen-Cart system.

Other than that, I had a short wander to try to collect the computer case I ordered months ago ("Tomorrow - honest!"), and managed to watch the last few episodes of "The Practice", in the order they were *intended* to be seen.

The only other thing I needed to do today was update the AOP.eu.com site, requiring some info from Bob, but I wasn't able to contact him till after 9pm. He's getting back to me tomorrow. smiley - erm

Happily reading away Peet, not understanding a thing...

Oh good, I'm not the only one!

I must say, apart from the fact that this place reminds me less of a Community than the echoing corridors with myriads of mysterious chambers on the forbidden third floor in Hogwart's School for Witchraft and Wizardry, it is rather nice to visit in the still watches of the night.

And on that note, will bid you a good one for the remainder, martine...
