I don't think I know you, but I'm sure I've seen you around.
I've noticed that you are the ACE for a new Researcher who has left a message for me (and others). Looking at the person's PS and other postings...my guess is that there may be some issues at play that will need to be handled sensitively and with kindness.

I'd advise against the note. It's not spam as such. Anything that seems like a telling off may be harmful.
