Yes, you are "prickly" - and you like to scare newbies 
But we love you just the way you are (sometimes) 
I must admit that I felt sorry for the newbie - of all the members of the community to run into first off

Yeah, well there's a lot of difference between an innocent newbie and a brash newbie. And, believe it or not, I can tell the difference.
In my view, the brash ones need to find their place, and I was simply helping.
