I do not know how to use h2g2
annaspain Started conversation Jul 23, 2006
I have been hanging around my page for the last week and do not know what to do with it, I can see it is a momentous site but cannot manage.
There is another thing, when I am at the message board where I post and precisely within "your discussions" if any message is left at the h2g2(my call center), I can see that I have a new message but when clicking on it, the message does not show.
I would be very thankful if any help is given.
Thanks

G'day annaspain,
The reason you cannot take part in some aspects of h2g2 is because you are registered with the message board but not with h2g2.
No one from h2g2 can leave you a message on your space. You can. however read and post to the conversations.
But for a general idea of how h2g2 works I have made a "Hints and Links for New Researchers" page at <./>A719840</.> - if you go there it will lead you to all sorts of places which will help find your way around and get to know this wonderful place. It should keep you busy for a while

Hello again Feisor
I am feeling really stupid, I've read all the help, and did not find the sign in thing, there was such a thing as welcome back, which was not available any longer, and there I am, lost in a curl and do not know how to get out of it and sign in the h2g2.
Thank You again

I don't understand where you are getting stuck ... but the best thing you can do is to email h2g2 dot support at bbc dot co dot uk and ask them to assist you to migrate your sign on.
