My Ghostly Experience
Posted May 15, 2006
I know that many people don't believe in ghosts and that's fine as everybody has their own opinion. But, I believe in ghosts, they are for real. There was an incident that happened with me.....
The Freeway.........
...It was in December 1992, I was in California, USA and I was returning from a friend's wedding. It was almost 2:00 in the night and I was in my car, all alone. I was driving on the freeway at around 80 mph, when I saw an old lady (almost 45-50 years old) standing on the edge. She was short and was wearing a dark overcoat with her silver hair all over face. She was standing there asking for a lift. I slowed my car near her to give her a lift. When I saw a grin on her face. Once I saw that look, I stepped on the accelerator and steered away. I got really scared when I saw her face, I don't know why. But it was really really scary. Her face was pale yellow and her eyes were green. I couldn't do anything more than getting scared. I just steered away and went past her. I turned back and she was not there. When I looked ahead and again she was standing on the edge asking for a lift. But this time she moved ahead right infront of my car. I was scared and didn't know what to do. I wanted to get away, so I steered towards the left and just missed her. When I passed her I could see her staring at me in anger. I could see right in her eyes from my window. She was on my right, just a few feet away. This time I didn't look back. I was sweating and shivering. I was so scared that I couldn't concentrate ahead. I somehow avoided a certain accident with a car infront. I dont why but I looked back again and she was not there. I was releived, but only for a while. She cam back and this time she was right infront of my car. I hit the brakes as hard as I could and at the same time tried to steer to my right. But I ran right through her (yes, the car went through her, without any harm to her). I could feel something like an electric current passing through my body as she went throught me. I rammed right into the fence and I was almost knocked unconscious. The next thing I remember is that a car was parked infront of me and 2 men were trying to get me out of the car. I suffered some fractures. But the memory is still fresh. I still remember her face and I still get scared when I think about it.
I pray to not see anything like that again.
