so do you have one stone that you carry around with you all the time or do you mix and match deoending on what is happening?

It depends from day to day. At the moment I have a frog playing fiddle (he's wooden), a plastic 
and a dried conker in my pocketr. Must be on natural products and no stones today. Although I am wearing silver which may be classed as a mineral.
