Aha so you've spent all this time checking out the legal options available to you to counter such an insult and found out you've about as much chance of success as the Bobblefree Cardigan Co. have on the planet Fluffylintykins?

pestering is such a trifling word to describe it really. how abouts niggling? I like niggling, reminds of potholing in the west country.
