"I have finally found the missing link in the triangle between them. If you're interested: DNA was a fan of Pink Floyd and eventually became friends with David Gilmour, Pink Floyd were big Monty Python fans and used some of the money from Dark Side of the Moon to help fund Monty Python and the Holy Grail and they also played cricket together (or so I've been told), and DNA has worked with Monty Python (and was in the episode "Mr. Neutron"; he's the pepperpot taking a TV out to the trash)."
Excellent! I pink floyd. Is that the missing link?

Floyd sponsoring the Holy Grail was the one that the missing link, I heard Graham Chapman say something of the sorts in an interview during the making of the film, but it wasn't that concrete.

If you would like to help me with that please let me know.
I find that going to 'ask h2g2 community' generally doesn't work, or, it causes me a lot of grief.

And I can't remember how to get a entry out of the Writing Workshop.
So do you got the 40th anniversary edition of Piper?

ChiKiSpirit Posted Oct 18, 2007
No, I haven't. I can't afford to buy anything at the moment. If I was going to buy anything at all it would be a copy of the 'Live 8' concert.

Ah, ya, the nice thing is it's got some unreleased material, including another take at Interstellar. The limited edition is also all nice and book-like, and has a collage of Syd's.
