A short while ago I went to see the first gig of a fresh new band called: Murphy's Law. I expected the evening to be a disaster as it was held, like most first gigs, in a grotty little pub, a little difficult to find and serving dodgy beer. Now, they have moved up a few notches in the gigging circuit and I am looking forward to making my way to another of their gigs - this time at the really difficult to remember which turn off it was again, venue of the 'Ravenswood' in Sharpethorne, West Sussex...Yes, I shall be going to sneer at them, sorry that came out wrong, hear them again - they were pretty good. Shame about the sound engineer though....
