College
Posted May 13, 1999
As I near the end of my college carrer I can't help but stop to reflect on where I have been.
I learned alot in college about how to relate to other people. I gain alot
of self-esteem and alot of happiness from finding my niche.
But I also forgot alot of things. Colege is a streesful enviornment and in it
people seem to forget how to treat eachother with diginity and respect.
I think I might have slipped into that too
I wonder why people lose those golden rules. and they seem to stay lostr
because people "in the real world" aren't very nice to eachother either,
those who are, are hard to find. At whaty point do people become hard and
cynical. For me it seems to be because everyone else got hard and petty
and I just had enpough of it.
What next? What do you do about soemthing like that
