If You Don't Like the Weather, Wait Five Minutes

We have a drought. Long drought. Our well went dry. The 210-year-old one. I was not impressed. Neither was the dead racoon in the bottom of it.

It rained. It's still raining.

I have successfully controlled the weather. In New England, no less. "If you don't like the weather, wait five minutes."
