What do you make rosella jam from ?
I've never seen a packet of "rosellas" in the mall/supermarket

Contrary to popular opinion it is not jam made from the birds, but from a native plant. It's very delicious. Most common in Queensland, very expensive elsewhere. If you're wildly interested I can find out the latin name of the plant. (I am supposed to be a librarian)
