Thank you, but I'm okay. I was given some great advice by my late father, and by the great wordsmith, Henry Rollins.

My Father (a scientist in the forefront of engineering) said that once a person has died, they are just evidence. He saw a hell of a lot of evidence. I was there when he went...and after his last breath I felt fine, as I was now in the room with 'just' the evidenece of a once great man...but not the great man himself anymore.

Henry Rollins told me that it is hard when you lose someone (after my bro went). It doesn't get any easier...just get over it..You're still alive after all. If you're not getting on with your life, then you're just wasting this gift that you've still got. Harsh words, but true!

I took up my fathers sport of rifle shooting when he went. Within a year I was top shot in the team and shooting at National Shoots. He always said that if you go and do anything...go and do it right
