Well if you talk in probabilities then I guess the weight has to go towards being you called Lisa. However as my Aunt Bev is actually Caroline and my uncle John is Fred the chance that your name is not in fact Lisa may not be entirely ruled out. Although you should be aware of any decision on your part to change your name.
