Finally back at my mom's house. She is now "Mrs. Anne R. Roberts", as of July 31. The wedding was lovely, the reception was fun, in case anyone cared. Then it was back to my dad's house for a couple of weeks. And now here again. I went to my new school to register today. It was a pain in the ass. It was hot in the building. I waited in one line for 45 minutes. Then I was allowed into the area in which actual registration occured. Then I waited in line another half-hour to get my ID picture taken. Andafter that it was all easy. Every time I go to that school I feel like sobbing. It's so dark. And big. And ugly. And people are so indifferent to me. At least that's better than being looked up and down and judged on the spot. But still. I feel very uncomfortable, and chances are that I will for a good long time. Sigh. It's a depressing place, that school. Everyone looks the same. I mean in regards to clothing. That's depressing too. Oh well. If it goes badly I can always slit my wrists and watch my life drain away into the toilet.
