Ignorant plantlife have money, and decide to spend it on an expensive, highly complicated piece of hardware. The plants then decide to flip past the "How to Install your Highly Complicated Piece of Hardware" section and go straight to "If You Need Help" before removing the device from the box. Some still have the software in shrink-wrap, while others are unable to install the software because they thought the CD was a cute free drink coaster. All the technician can to at this point is press "mute" and hope for an evolutionary leap in today's potted plant. ("Oh no, not again!")
