Hi John. Just popping by to let you know that I've read the subbed Mary Anning Entry (wot i rote), and to thank you for doing such a splendid job. I thought you handled the last (and most contrversial) part with apolomb, and split Anning's biog wisely.
Are you a follower of Tibetan Buddhism, or just an interested party? If you are a follower, what is the support in Canada like?

Thanks, Frogbit. That's kind of you.
I'm just an interested party. My interest in Tibet centres mainly on the tragic consequences of the Chinese occupation. Although it is impossible to look at Tibet without being drawn into Tibetan Buddhism too, as the cultural identity is so closely bound to the religion... and monks and nuns suffer so much in consequence. My wife and I sponsor a Tibetan monk and a Tibetan nun in India. So, naturally, we are both interested in learning more about Buddhism.
