Hello LMB!
So were they still in that house in the countryside?
I thought it was pretty predictable (Apart from having an alternate ending), but I wanted to know how it ended after I started watching. And I started watching cos I only have 4 channels.

littlemightyblue2(Not around much at the moment) Posted Mar 19, 2006
Well the first ending he woke up in the house and they made a big banner thing saying hello then a army plane flew over then it went off.
The second ending he died and it ended with the 2 girls just walking out of the hospital.
I flicked through the channels after it finished and i think on channel 5 there is a really scary film on so i turned it off
I take it you like films then?

mikerhike - guardian of the wa, and now also of WA Posted Mar 19, 2006
I don't like films like some people like films, but I do enjoy films.
(Wow, I answered that without answering it)
Bit of a film fan yourself?
There's a very bad something on ITV with the Hoff in it. One of the actresses makes Pamela Anderson look like Oscar material.

I take it your not a fan of Pammie thenAlthough i must admit to watching barbed wire,it was rubbish.
I do like films, not really a buff or anything, but do like a good film every now and then

Oh it's hard to dislike her. I just don't think she's going to be remembered as one of the all time greatest actresses. Do you?
Seen anything good lately? I take it you're not into scary movies?

Classic line in this show?
- "Nick! Thank Gad! I thought you were dead."
- "I was, I'm better now"
Alteranative ending.
littlemightyblue2(Not around much at the moment) Posted Mar 19, 2006
Ah but i'm female although not the best actress,i'm sure she will be rememed as for two things.
Scary movies are alright when you tucked up in bed and can just go to sleep, but it is hard with all the computer graphics now to see that there not real, years ago you could see the strings
Lately i've been watching loads,i can't really pick a favourite, have you seen anything good?
Alteranative ending.
mikerhike - guardian of the wa, and now also of WA Posted Mar 19, 2006
See, that's the opposite for me. if I watch a scary movie before bed, I wake up halfway through the night in the movie.
I hate the dreams when you dream you've woken up. I need to watch something else to make me think of other things.
You're right about pammy though, she'll be remembered for a couple of things.

Nah it's sort of just at the back of my mind really,i hate the ones when something bad happens and you wake up thinking they are true.
Weird scary or weird nice?Or just plain weird?

mikerhike - guardian of the wa, and now also of WA Posted Mar 19, 2006
just plain weird. The kind that make you wander round all day trying to figure out what it was all about.
Most recently, I've watched Geisha at the cinema, and Sideways on DVD. Loved Geisha, sideways was OK. I mean it wasn't a bad movie, but I did think, "I wish I'd rented something else".
I borrowed House of Flying Daggers from a friend, but I seem to have lost it.

I've never seen that one. So would you recommend it then?

littlemightyblue2(Not around much at the moment) Posted Mar 19, 2006
Yeah it's funny in parts, again predictable, but it must be hard to come up with ideas not done before.I suppose it just goes on your particular taste

mikerhike - guardian of the wa, and now also of WA Posted Mar 19, 2006
so, best movies?
Alteranative ending.
littlemightyblue2(Not around much at the moment) Posted Mar 19, 2006
Thats difficult because i like loads, the older gangster ones i tend to go for the likes of scarface, casino and the godfather.
How about you?

mikerhike - guardian of the wa, and now also of WA Posted Mar 19, 2006
That's tough as well. I love all kinds of movies.
Midnight Sting was probably the first movie I really loved. Currently, I think Betty Blue (French movie) is my number one, but I'm also a big fan of Shrek. I know, I have weird taste. Quite enjoy the older gangster movies too.
I've never actually seen the Godfather movies all the way through. Every time I tried to watch them, something happened so i had to turn it off. I had them on a collectors video edition, don't have them on DVD though.
I use the word "movie" now. I hate that. I used to say "film".

Night night
