Hi! Welcome to h2g2! You should go to <./>UserDetails</.> (or click on "preferences" on the lefthand side), and give yourself a more interesting nickname.
You should then go the your personal space (click My Space or U227210), and then click Edit Page and type something about yourself, then an ACE (offial volunteer) will come by and welcome you and give you some tips on where to start in the confusing world of h2g2.
