Oh, sorry, did you read the arguement on the Self Esteem page? I was going to answer there, but we decided to end the arguement. I will summerise it here.
Meglomaniac:
God created humans for the simple purpose of worshipping him, his most important commandment is to do with worshipping him. That is a classic case of meglomania.
Sadist:
He causes illness and death, when he could avoid it. He makes humans suffer for no reason. The only possible explanation is that he likes doing it. That is a classic case of sadism.
