The Joy Of Six

And lo, the 6th Coming of M@x is upon us.
A very slow day at work has allowed me a moment (or several of them, with precious little else to do) to sneak back onto h2g2. And what do I find?
Well, apart from life having moved on - as it quite correctly does - it seems that all the few posts I've made to the 606 message boards in the interim have been listed here. What???
I know it isn't like anybody's looking, but..... Well, I'd like to have thought everything would be kept in its place, no?
A transient gripe though. I'll probably lapse again soon.

The 5th Coming

I've just worked out this is the fifth time I have been on the h2g2 scene, having drifted away from the action no less than four times previously.
As Archangel Galaxy Babe just pointed out to me, I have a ridiculously low researcher number. Should really make some use of it, shouldn't I?

It's exam time here at City. So things may be a little disrupted over the next few weeks (ha! like they were ever "rupted" in the first place).

Isle Of Man, the perils of

Hi folks, just to prove I'm still about (and I am still about), I've gone through the Beeb's re-registration process, and can I just say how excited I am by it all????
Well now, if November's trip to Nottingham was a trial, then the Ten Pin Bowling tour to the Isle Of Man next week will be torture.

So I would like to hear from any students out there who will be at the 2001 Student Games on the Isle Of Man. Especially if you're kinda dreading the excessive rounds of drinking.........
