I note that this account has been used mostly to leave "No ACE needed" messages on other researchers' accounts. Please do not do that ... it's really not your call 
If a researcher does not require a welcome, they can specify that themselves, or an ACE will decide.
I appreciate that you probably have the interests of the site in your heart but you are actually denying researchers the right to self determination. If you have a complaint about a new researcher there are accepted ways of dealing with it - please read <./>HouseRules</.>
