I just have one comment, I know not to put hot things into my fridge, as I am sure you do, but novice cooks may not, so I suggest a little tweak of the last sentence:
From: Spoon the mixture into clean hot jars, filling them as full as you can, and seal while hot. Store in the fridge.
To: Store in the fridge when cool.

I know you have a photo, can you please email it to the artists as they're a separate group to the editing process, unfortunately I can't remember it offhand but I have requested the information and I will be back with it pronto
