I am going to Dublin tomorrow to complete a weekend training course. I was there last weekend also. What is interesting to me is how the place has changed since I worked there 7 years ago. It is much more multi-cultural, clearly more expensive, full of new and engaging buildings, and the traffic problems are dreadful. However, it still retains much of its charm. I like the city. It's relatively safe, quite pretty in the city centre, and it's packed to the gills with young people. There's quite an atmosphere to the place.
It brings back a lot of very good memories.
