Okay, so now there's four... This page can't be -that- new, judging from the conversations hanging from it... Do you guys get a special toy that flicks out the old stuff?

Once queries are answered the conversations are unsubscribed to. Often they are answered by gurus before the staff get to them.

That's right - I unsubscribe from Conversations that have been answered, so the page effectively shows a 'to-do' list for answering questions.
Keeps things down to a manageable level.
