Hi Jims, am I correct that 'Rupert the Bear' is out of copyright, and therefore any organisation can adopt his image?

Hmm okay, so charities that use characters such as Rupert, for fund raising purposes, probably have to pay for the privilege of doing so...eeekkk too complicated, I'll find a way around it. Jims

Or they've negotiated with the copyright owners to use his likeness.
It's probably all been renewed anyway, with the creation of an all-new CG-animated series.
