Do you know what the process of review is? Anything I need to do or just sit tight and wait?

It can be a bit of a waiting game - Updates are slower to be reviewed than brand new entries.

Reviewers will come along eventually, even if it takes a few weeks. As updates have already been through PR once before they do get less comments - most people who know the area will have posted the first time around, and people who don't know the area can already see the entry covers quite a lot.

After a while a Scout will check it out and should post something, even just asking you if you are happy that it's all done. When I get a bit more time I'll read it through more carefully and let you know if there's anything that needs changing, but as an update really all I'll be able to do is check for typos.

If no-one happens along for a while you can post to the thread saying that if there are no more comments you will consider if finished, then you can go ahead and alert the Editors that the update is ready, and they'll take over for you.
