Fan? Bloody full-blown air conditioning system, if a light breeze! (That was fake british english. I'm in the States. The situation demanded.)
I'm signing up, as I should have done long ago, and contributing some poems, if possible....
Alternate (and very gooey) lyrics to Beatle's 'Love me do':
"Love, love me do,
You know I love goo,
so ple-e-e-ease...
Love goo too-o.
Oh-oh, love goo too."
And so on.
I think I'll go start a campaign for a goo smiley.
You know, the fan club is stagnating a bit. Any interest in coming back to spread some fresh goo around?

I switched over to Brunel, which is why I handed the club over to aka. I do like goo, but in Brunel I get my conversations at the top, which is great. Maybe you could advertise it a bit? Try to drum up some interest.

I am one of those "misguided" researchers who cannot stand Brunel. I'm not knocking the feature list--the pre-made guideML tag buttons are so useful that I occasionally switch to Brunel temporarily when I need to do a lot of it--but the color scheme is spectacularly ghastly and stark, colors clashing to the point of physical pain. Goo is neat and aesthetically pleasing--but most importantly, you can use it without getting a headache.
At least, that's my opinion ....

I can't disagree with you there I guess. One of the reasons I preferred Goo to Alabastar is because I didn't like it when my eyes bled all over the keyboard.
But I do have another reason for using Brunel, I was one of the user-testers for it when I was still a Researcher, so it would be rude of me to not use the skin I helped design.

Well, I suppose so. One must not bite the hand that feeds it, after all. Especially not when that hand is the "Guide", as Ford once observed.
