Hehehe,that so similer to our family,My mums is lovely,just like my nans,but my Dad is same as yours,bits of celery and really thin.

Nans was so thick, you couldn't see the veg.. which was how I liked it.. then I would smother it in Daddy's sauce..coz that was what Grandad did.. My Dad used to go crazy at me for that!!..

My nan has hers with beetroot and grandad has brown sauce,me i just love it plain

I wouldn't eat my veg in sunday dinners..until Nan said for me to have dinner at her.. and I smothered it in brown sauce and mixed it up in the cream potatoes!.. Sometimes I still do that!
