What with all this updating of ID etc... do you see any way I can get back access to my original Pheroneous account (145986). I don't of course have the original sign-in or password, at least I thought I did but it doesn't work.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, Pheroneous. I'm afraid we don't have access to any answers to secret questions or passwords due to the Data Protection Act. Also, I'm wondering if this account is a pre-SSO one? However, we can unlock the password block to give you three more attempts and if you email us at 'h2g2SupportATbbcDOTcoDOTuk' we will remind you of your membername for that account, the one you sign in with
