I love what you've done with the entry Ashley, but (erk, dont argue with the sub! ) you changed TIM to Tim. If you go to this link, and look under 1936, you see that BT calls it TIM http://www.btplc.com/Corporateinformation/BTArchives/1932-1936.htm so I think TIM should be used. Even though using Tim looks much nicer!
Other than that, I think its absolutely wonderful. You've really made my work shine.
