Here's to you Doug, the Hoopiest Frood ever. Im so sad you are gone, i am 23 years old, and have loved you since i was about 10 or 12. You made me feel like i was normal, like weird guys like me are allowed to be noticed, and special and revered. I still feel that way, and will carry on in that tradition in your name. Thank you, thank you so much, for having brought me so much comfort Mr Adams. I wrote you once, and never stopped regretting not printing out the email you sent me, prior to my system crash for i meant to frame it, and cherish it as i do all your works and legacy. Oh Mr Adams, for all your kind weirdness, you've helped me stretch these wings and try to fly, ill catch the wind and soar high, higher then ever I thought that i could. Here's to you, and to those reading this please acknowledge a moment of silence for a great, gentle, warm man who has left us. The spirit of Arthur, Ford, Zaphod and Trillian will always remain.
